Terms of Service

These terms explain how payments, refunds, revisions, custom work, and access are handled.

1. General

By ordering from Connor's Services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to bot coding, bot fixing, Discord embeds, custom requests, and any other service agreed through Discord, email, or this website.

2. Payments

  • Work starts after payment, deposit, or an agreed payment arrangement.
  • Buy Now items are for simple listed jobs only.
  • Custom work may require a quote before payment.
  • Prices may change depending on the size or difficulty of the job.

3. Refunds

  • I can refund you if I cannot complete the agreed work.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed after work has already started unless I cannot complete the agreed job.
  • If a customer changes their mind after work starts, a refund may not be provided.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

  • Customers must contact me first through Discord or email if there is an issue with their order.
  • Customers should not open a chargeback or payment dispute without first giving me a chance to fix the issue or provide a refund if I cannot complete the agreed work.
  • False, abusive, or dishonest chargebacks may result in the customer being refused future service.
  • If a payment dispute is opened, I may provide evidence such as messages, order details, delivery proof, screenshots, and these terms of service to the payment provider.

5. Revisions and extra changes

  • Small fixes to the agreed work may be included.
  • Extra changes outside the original request may cost extra.
  • Large rewrites, extra features, or changed instructions may require a new quote.

6. Access and accounts

  • Customers do not receive access to my private accounts, panels, dashboards, hosting accounts, or payment accounts.
  • Any access needed to complete a job must be agreed before work starts.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping their own account details secure.

7. Disallowed work

I do not accept work involving spam, stolen accounts, token grabbing, ban evasion, fake engagement, selfbots, malware, account selling, or breaking Discord, Roblox, ERLC, or other platform rules.
